How it works

Four steps from access code to submitted list

This replaces the manual method used in previous elections. Everything happens online.

  1. 1 Party chairman

    Receive your access code

    The Commission issues one access code to each Party National Chairman, who passes it on to the party officials doing the upload.

  2. 2 Party official

    Sign in on this platform

    Enter the access code below. Your party and the elections it is contesting are loaded for you.

  3. 3 Party official

    Add your polling agents

    Enter agents one by one or upload them in bulk from the template. Each entry is checked as you go.

  4. 4 Party official

    Review and submit

    Fix anything flagged, then submit before the countdown ends. You will get a confirmation.

Guidelines

Electronic upload of polling agents

Kindly note the following regulatory provisions before you begin nomination.

Start the process
  • This platform is exclusively dedicated to the electronic submission and accreditation of polling and collation agents by recognized political parties.
  • This online portal completely replaces manual hardcopy submissions. Only nominations submitted and certified through this portal are recognized by the Commission.
  • An accreditation access code is issued by the Commission directly to the Party National Chairman for onward distribution to authorized officials.
  • All passport photographs must show clear frontal features against a plain background and will undergo automated biometric and quality validation.
  • Duplicate agent nominations across polling units or across multiple political parties are strictly checked and flagged by the verification engine.
